The scheduler checks every 5 minutes; a sync actually runs no more often than the interval below, and never during the night pause (Indian time). The manual Refresh from bank button always runs immediately.

Clear both pause times to sync round-the-clock.

Forward invoices to the Lekha WhatsApp number and pick which payment to file them under. Only the numbers below can talk to the bot — everyone else is ignored silently.

Bot goes live once the WhatsApp Cloud API env vars are configured — see docs/whatsapp-setup.md.

A staff member who signs in with the staff password can only record cash payments and see recent cash history — nothing else in the system. Choose how many days of cash history they can see.

Set the staff password via the LEKHA_STAFF_PASSWORD environment variable. Leave it unset to disable staff login entirely.
